1. Service Overview

UnoRouter operates as an AI model API aggregator, enabling users to access third-party AI models through a unified API. We reserve the right to add, modify, or remove available models and features at any time.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

3. Account Registration

To access most features of the Services, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your account information updated. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Payment Terms

Access to the Services may require purchasing credits or subscribing to a plan.

• Credits: Credits are purchased in advance and deducted as you use the Services. Minimum and maximum purchase amounts may apply.
• Refunds: Refund eligibility and conditions are determined at our discretion. Platform fees are non-refundable.
• Expiration: Credits may expire after a period of inactivity as specified in your account settings or our current pricing terms.

5. User Content and Data

You retain ownership of the content you submit through the Services ("User Content"). Ownership of AI-generated outputs depends on the terms of the specific AI model used. We do not use your User Content to train AI models. You grant us a limited license to process your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Services.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Services to violate any applicable laws or regulations; create false identities or impersonate others; engage in automated scraping or data mining; infringe on third-party intellectual property rights; attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the Services; engage in fraudulent activity; or resell access to your account without authorization.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination (except for violations), any remaining unused credits may be refunded at our discretion. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

8. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Services, including all associated intellectual property rights, are and will remain the property of UnoRouter. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on any part of the Services without our express written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, UnoRouter SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless UnoRouter from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated with at least 30 days' advance notice via email or in-product notification. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
